How planning works
A plan you can check, before anything is booked.
The process is deliberately boring in the places that matter: prices separated, versions kept, confirmations referenced.
Send the outline
Service, departure city, destination or ideas, dates and flexibility, travellers, budget and currency, interests, and the language you prefer. No account needed, and nothing is charged for an enquiry.
- You tell us whether the budget is per person or for the whole party
- You tell us whether it includes international flights
- Service-specific questions appear only when they apply
A real review
Jamal reads the enquiry, assigns it to an advisor, and follows up with the questions that actually change the plan. You get a confirmation with a reference straight away.
- An advisor and a follow-up date are set internally
- Business trips get supplier and meeting questions
- Families get pacing, room and children's ages
The proposal
Your portal shows the itinerary, Jamal's planning fee, estimated or confirmed third-party costs, optional items, taxes where applicable, inclusions, exclusions and an expiry date.
- Approve the specific version you are looking at
- Or request a change and get a revised version
- The version you approved stays on file
Confirmations, not assumptions
After approval, arrangements are requested from suppliers. Each item moves to confirmed only when a supplier or agency reference is recorded. You see the reference in your itinerary.
- Approval and booking are separate events
- Each item names who will book and who collects payment
- Changes keep the history of who changed what, and when
Versioned proposals
Every revision creates a new version. If the price or scope changes, fresh approval is requested — and the approved version is never overwritten.
One place for everything
Messages, documents, invoices and change requests live with the trip, not scattered across email threads.
Private by default
Group trips share the itinerary. Individual profiles, payments and private documents stay with the lead traveller.
Fees, plainly
Itinerary planning is a paid service, quoted before work begins. Third-party travel costs are shown separately, and Jamal tells you who books each item and who collects payment. Checkout stays offline until an operating mode and payment flow are approved.
